Reflective Practice Group for Listeners.
A monthly online group for you to come as you are:
This Autumn I am offering an ongoing, monthly, facilitated, closed group for up to 6 listening practitioners.
My intention is to co-create a nourishing, supportive reflective space where those of you who are engaged in listening can come relax, replenish and refocus
There is huge value in coming together to learn from different listening experiences and environments.
And, if listening is a central part of your role, having a space where you can be listened to is an essential element of ethical practice and burnout prevention.
We will create a space that is safe for you to come as you are, to speak what needs to be spoken and feel what needs to be felt. We will explore specific elements of listening and share from experience what is coming up in your listening work.
The sessions will be made of a mix of practical as well as deeply supportive and replenishing.
This group might include people who listen inside of social work, the medical world, education, private practice, third sector, complimentary health, legal roles, mentoring, youth services or other roles that require you to showw up and be present and responsive to others..
We will start in September 2026 and meet on the third Friday morning for 2 hours each month.
The group will run in blocks of 6 months, and can be paid monthly or all together. If you have any questions or would like to chat through whether this is the right group for you please email me on jennyrosesmith123@gmail.com
