Meditation and Mindfulness~ 1:1 and Group Support Available


8 Week Meditation and Mindfulness Course for Stress Reduction and Wellbeing.

This is a well designed and comprehensive introduction or refresher in Mindfulness & Meditation and is run through Aberystwyth University's Lifelong Learning Department each October.

With a practical focus on how Mindfulness can be employed to work with stress, physical pain, emotional pain, money pressures and the general and natural ups and downs of life, it supports you to steadily build a meditation practice with traditional thousand year old tried and tested Zen based meditation practices.


Through the eight weeks, we will explore how developing a regular meditation practice can support us to come into a more honest and healthier relationship with the stressors that we face in life. We'll meet weekly as a group to explore and practice together, and you will be supported between sessions with recordings and teachings. I am offering these as a qualified instructor with Zenways School and am in supervision and continuing professional training.

I am also training with David Treleaven in Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness and can adapt practices to meet people's needs.

These courses are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.

Practicing Together ~ Small Group and 1:1 Meditation & Mindfulness Online Support.

Would you like help with developing or sustaining a regular meditation practice?

Would you appreciate a regular supportive space to explore your experience?

Are there themes that you would like to apply your practice more deeply  to? Eg: parenting, self esteem or communication.


Practicing Together are online sessions for exactly that.

We agree to meet weekly for a fixed number of weeks for an hour, to explore your experience, practice together and reflect on what will most serve you going forwards. 

You can choose one theme to go deeply into for the block of sessions, or we can work with whatever is live for you each week.

Book as an individual, as an existing group of friends, family or colleagues; or join a planned group that I am running.

Sessions can be booked in blocks of 4, 8 or 12 and are offered on an individual basis or for a group of up to four.

Costs are:

Individuals ~ 4 session £240; 8 sessions £420; 12 Sessions £600

Groups of up to four ~ 4 sessions £480; 8 Sessions £960; 12 Sessions £1440
