Everything is Welcome.

A six month online facilitated group for up to 9 women.

​

Everything is Welcome is a closed group for women that will meet once a month over 6 months, with optional buddy groups in-between, and a one to one deep listening session with myself as part of the process. 

 

Together we will explore how to create the conditions needed to welcome all parts of ourselves and each other more fully. We will be applying the potency of simple practices that turn towards, rather than away from our experience. Practices that cultivate the curiosity, courage, kindness and humility that is required when we allow ourselves to pare everything down to simply what is here. 

 

Themes that we might explore include: ~ 

Places that nourish us. 

Places that feel stuck. 

Places in shadow.

Places that are known and places that are unknown. 

 

The sessions will draw from the principles of Hakomi and the teachings of Tara Brack, 

Pema Chodron and Marlies Cocheret. 

 

Group size is limited to 9 and we will be starting Autumn 2025. Sessions will not be recorded so live attendance is essential.

We will be meeting on 10th October; 14th November; December 12th; January 9th, February 13th

Costs:

Each place is £200 and there are two concessional places.
